Conrad F. Mir

Mr. Mir has 20 years experience in financial structuring, investment banking and executive management of biotechnology companies. He was the executive director at Advaxis Incorporated (ADXS.ob) orchestrating a $24 million debt funding and CEO/President of Aran Laboratories, Inc. He is an investment banker by trade and has worked for Sanford C Bernstein, First Liberty Investment Group and Nomura Securities International. Mr. Mir holds a BA in Economics and English with special concentrations in Mathematics and Physics from New York University. He is a member of NIRI.
