Douglas R. Palmer

Douglas Palmer has been an interim part-time Chief Financial Officer since September 2007 and currently works for Genetic Immunity, LLC on an approximately 20% part-time basis. Since 2002, he has been and currently is a principal of Palmer Financial, LLC, an accounting and finance consulting outsourcing firm, with experience in finance operations, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, strategic planning and accounting system implementation. He has had recent operational experience in consulting companies in the biotechnology industry. Specifically, at Cellective Therapeutics, a company which focuses on B-cell research - a class of cells in the immune system, he was involved in financial reporting, financial operations, financial and budgeting analysis. He also assisted Cellective Therapeutics with audit and due diligence disclosure efforts in connection with it acquisition by MedImmune. Prior to his operational experience, Mr. Palmer was an auditor and consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
