Our Nanomedicine Antigen Composition (Nanomedicine) technology creates pathogen-like intelligent nanoparticles from antigens (e.g. pDNA, proteins, peptides) to mimic a pathogen exposure. A Nanomedicine resembles pathogens because it has condensed antigens in its core. Antigens are enveloped with a polymer containing sugar residues on the surface. Each Nanomedicine particle enters antigen-presenting cells like pathogens, receptor-mediated endocytosis. The polymer envelop of each Nanomedicine particle protects the antigen core from endosomal degradation and supports antigen presentation.
